USS: First University in Chile to Implement Blackboard Ultra

In Chile, there are more than 350,000 students who use the Blackboard as their learning management system. While all universities use the original Blackboard LMS, San Sebastian University just signed an agreement to become the first University in Chile to implement Blackboard Ultra, a version that has “proven to be much more efficient in student learning and more intuitive in its use for academics and students, “said Magdalena Vicuña, Director of USS On-Line Learning .
