Kahoot Acquires Clever, the US-based Edtech Portal, for Up to $500
Kahoot, an Oslo-based company known for gamifiying education, is acquiring Clever for its single sign-on portal which engages educators, students and their families to engage in digital learning classrooms. Kahoot wants Clever to continue growing in the U.S. while giving them a lever for expanding globally.

Panopto Acquires Ensemble Video — Campus Technology
Panopto has acquired Ensemble Video, a video management provider.
“The use of on-demand video for communication and learning has grown rapidly over the last year, and we are delighted to join forces with Ensemble to support our new customers with an easy, innovative, unified video management system,” commented Panopto CEO Eric Burns, in a statement.
Ensemble customers are encouraged to migrate to the Panopto platform as the Ensemble software will only be supported until September 2022.

Four Prominent Italian Universities Implement Ex Libris RapidILL Interlibrary Loan Services to Improve Document Delivery
The Free University of Bozen-Bolzano, the University of Bergamo, the University of Genoa, and the University of Insubria recently adopted the Ex Libris RapidILL interlibrary loan system, benefiting from the free initiative that Ex Libris offered the library community at the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic.
As new members of the global RapidILL community, t.hese universities will not only enjoy greater access to other collections but will also increase the visibility of their own holdings.
