In an effort to grow its Accelerated Pathways business, Pearson has acquired Lumerit Education for the way it uses data analytics to match learners to academic programs.

By stopping to rely on an aging ERP solution that cost the institution time and money, they chose to propel new, campus-wide digital offerings by migrating to a more advanced solution.
Ellucian colleague will not only offer a user-friendly mobile application providing transparency and self-service, but also visualizations and degree planning all in an effort to make it easier for students and advisors.

Aarhus University to Switch from Blackboard to Brightspace
As a result of a statutory tendering procedure, Aarhus University (AU) selected a new learning management platform: Brightspace. Although reticent at first, the university sees this switch as positive and a good match to the specifications they outlined in the tender, more precisely the platform’s pedagogical-didactic quality, functionality, and user-friendliness.
With a solid plan for transferring content and resources for practical help and support as a priority, AU expects a successful implementation of Brightpace for its 2021 autumn semester.

University of Michigan Library Modernizes its Systems and Improves Resource Sharing and Analytics with Ex Libris Alma and Primo
The University of Michigan Library recently selected the Ex Libris Alma library services platform and the Ex Libris Primo discovery and delivery solution in order to expand its current capabilities.
The University of Michigan Library will thus be able to demonstrate the broad impact of its library services while improving workflow efficiency and service quality. The institution will use the Primo discovery tool to connect with digital collections and repositories making both platforms part of the library’s holistic strategy.
